What To Expect when Getting Started

We are excited that you have decided to find out more about working together. We believe the information you will find on this site will answer a lot of your questions and help you understand why we have been so successful over the past 30+ years.

The process is built to help you, and us, make an educated and informed decision about working together.  For those who are potentially a good fit for our firm, there is a no cost obligation to know exactly how we can help you before you pay us a single dollar in fees or trust us with a penny of your nest egg.

  • Step 1 - Initial Phone Meeting
    • This 15-minute phone call will give us both a chance to ensure that your situation suits our experience before you devote your time or ours. You wouldn't be seeing a podiatrist, after all, if you wanted heart surgery.  And if we are not a good fit we are happy to introduce you to someone fitted for you needs.
  • Step 2 - First Office/Zoom Meeting
    • The aim of this meeting is to make your goals, concerns and specific financial condition perfectly clear.
Your responses to our questions, along with the documents we asked you to bring, will allow us to build a straight forward plan to follow.
  • Step 3 - Our Analysis
    • We will take our experience, knowledge, training, tools, and thousands of hours of training to answer your questions such as
      • Can you afford to retire?
      • Are you overpaying your taxes?
      • Can your portfolio be improved?
      • Are there holes in your estate planning?
      • Can you eliminate or at least reduce threats to your retirement?
  • Step 4 - Second Office/Zoom Meeting
    • Where the rubber meets the road.  We will lay out, in plain English, our best recommendations for your financial goals.  This is where you will see in dollars and cents how our firm can improve your situation.
  • Step 5 - Think about it
    • Take some time and review the recommendations.  We know these are big decisions and want to be your investment partners not just a sales team.  You can ask yourself:
      • Do I like and trust this team?
      • Do I understand and agree with their investment philosophy?
      • Do their recommendations make sense and will their benefit exceed their cost?
  • Step 6 - Paperwork
    • Answer any final questions and begin the paperwork process.
      • While we wish to work with everyone we want to make sure we are the best fit for you.  If you decide not to there will never be any high pressure sales for we wish your best success.
